3-month extended trial of our Dictate.IT bundle | Dictate-IT

1.Eligibility

This Offer is available where You are a healthcare professional or individual in a management role within a GP practice or private healthcare setting and have a genuine interest in exploring Dictate.IT’s products. To avail of the offer You must request, attend and complete a virtual demo with our Dictate.IT team. Demo requests can be submitted via our website form: https://dictateit.wpenginepowered.com/getting-in-touch/. This Offer is valid and conditional on Dictate.IT receiving your Demo request between the dates 17 September 2025 and 31 December 2025, inclusive. 

2.Trial Offer Details and Trial Period

  • Upon completing the Demo as described above, You will be entitled to receive, for 3 calendar months, use of up to 3 licences per organisation for the Included Services (as set out below) on a free trial basis (the Offer). This Offer relates to primary care products only.
  • The Included Services shall mean access and use of the following services:Dictate.IT Live, Dictate.IT Swift and Dictsate.IT Swift AI.
  • Upon completing the Demo as described above, you have 14 days from Demo attendance date to activate the trial and avail of this Offer.
  • During the trial period, users will receive standard onboarding and support services. Additional training or customisation may be made available upon Your request and shall be solely at the discretion of Dictate.IT.
  • Except for agreed applicable services referred to in clause 2.IV, the Offer shall not include any optional additional services or product offered by Dictate.IT and accepted by You and any such additional services or products shall be charged and invoiced to You accordingly.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, an alternative item, product or service in place of the Offer.
  • This Offer may not be taken in conjunction with any other promotion offered by Dictate.IT for the Included Services.  
  • You shall not be eligible for this Offer where You are an existing customer and cancel Your service then re-sign up to an Included Service in order to take advantage of the Offer.
  • Trial access may be revoked if misuse or breach of terms is identified.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel this Offer at any time without prior notice.

 

  1. No Obligation

To avail of the Offer, You are not required to sign a contract or commit to a paid subscription. At the end of the trial You will be offered the option to continue the Included Services with a paid subscription after the trial period. 

  1. Data & Privacy

All data processed by Dictate.IT during the trial period will be handled in accordance with Dictate.IT’s Data Privacy Policy.

By participating in this promotion, You agree to be bound by these Trial Offer Terms and Conditions and the Included Services End User Licence terms and conditions.
